We broke down on our drive through Coffs with a couple of restless kids in the back seat, tried calling a handful of mechanics and none of them would give us the time of day, the guys at speedy lube were happy to see us and try to find the problem, within seconds of stating the car the problem was found, parts were ordered and we were back on the road within 3 hours, so grateful for the team at speedy lube.
This place was fantastic. I pulled up by coincidence for an appt after my car had overheated on the way. I walked in by the off chance they could look at it. They said yes and had it sorted in an hour to get back on the road, then provided a reasonable quote when promised, got it booked in, communicated the whole way through on any changes and were such a professional and easy repairer to deal with. I’ve had a lot of experience with vehicle repairers owing a business with a fleet of vehicles on the road throughout NSW, and I have to say my first impressions of this business are exemplary. We will be back!
We are so thankful for Speedy Lube. I actually waited almost a year to write a review to see if our problem was actually fixed because prior to this we had just been to a different garage who supposedly fixed our issue in Sydney and by the time we got to Coffs harbour we realised they didn’t. Speedy lube fixed our issue with our gear stick completely. It has now been about 9 months and we haven’t had any issues whatsoever. The price was great and the guys explained what was wrong and how they fixed it in a cheaper way for us (that was still solid.) They even came outside as we were about to drive away to check we were happy. These guys are trustworthy for sure. Thanks so much.
What an awesome crew took my car in for a full service they boys had it all done and dusted in 2 hours. The price for the service was extremely reasonable and the invoice was thoroughly explained to me. Friendly and always helpful when i have asked for advice on my vehicle. Great service & support when trying to get my teen’s car through rego. Quoted on and carried out all the repairs needed. They over-quoted on labour as a caution to avoid a nasty surprise at the end because some repairs could’ve been tricky so I was very pleased when the bill came in a fair deal cheaper than quoted because everything went off without a hitch and was quicker than expected so they took those hours off the bill.
